Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, we’re here to help.
Return Request Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once your request is approved, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a refund for the full value, the item must be returned in a clean and fully re-sellable condition, without:
- Marks or stains
- Food, crumbs, or debris
- Any signs of use
- Damage or defects
If any of these are found, we are legally entitled to reduce your refund to reflect the item’s condition. We will discuss this with you in advance before issuing the refund.
Return Options
You can choose one of the following options to return your item:
🔄 Option 1: Let Us Arrange the Return
- We’ll handle the return for a flat fee of £20, deducted from your refund
📦 Option 2: Arrange the Return Yourself
- You’re welcome to arrange the return independently.
- No return fee will be charged.
All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ex-demo seats, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can amend the order to the desired item.
14 day cooling off period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved for the full value amount, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
